Matrimony of Sorts!

From the time you first looked at me
I had a strange feeling, a connection that was invalid till then.

I wondered what it was

And took the weird circumstances as the probable cause.

You kept looking me as if you wanted to speak,

As if I could give you comfort in that uncomfortable setup.

Though folks pushed us to talk, but…

Guess we were more than happy with the one glance we locked.

We didn't share a single dialogue

Everything was left to the fates prologue

Little did we realize that fate had its story-line created

Basis the one glance we locked.

Slowly you began to take steps,

I still don't know why but I followed without protest.

Yes, you were a stranger then

But strangely we chatted as if we were always friends

Confused were both of us, still sailed happily through this unique path

While things unraveled for a good cause.

We found comfort in each other

And slowly developed strong connect together.

Meanwhile the genesis got together
To bond us in a matrimony of sorts!

I admit it stunned me...scared me,

But!! Something just let me go with the flow.

You were super excited as ever!

Seemed as if you found something you saw never.

Now few pages...chapters through this story-line.

We lead each other to bond so fine.

I wish this matrimony of sorts,

Sails us through the varied life shots.

Your longest link from past in future,
A relation that with age nurtures

She's a friend, a companion, a mate
And at times a creature you just so hate

You wonder if you were born out same parents
You ponder if they are life's free torrents!

She'll worry to death if you in trouble
But when irritated with you she'll throw you into a rubble

Will narrate stories of how horrible you were
And your life doesn't have anything better than her

At times she'll act like your mother, your father
A sibiling few years elder...chechi is what I call her

From time I remember, I have admired her
From time I remember, I have fought with her
From time I remember, I have aped her
From time I remember, I have hated her

My lovely di,my sweet henti
Thinking of her, makes me laugh, cry n become senti :)

G!

An acquaintance at first,
She slowly became a friend that I fully trust.

A strange women, who looks like any other 40yr old...
Has a heart of a kid and a mind full of amazing stories untold.

She'll smile for no rhyme or reason,
Shed in any season

One of the interesting characters ever met
Our friendship truly has a trend set!

She'll crib about the moral imbalance, the injustice
But would quietly follow the ''corporate practice''

G! is what I call her...
A special friend, a companion and a partner in crime

We would faff around shamelessly
And complain of people behaving aimlessly.

A unique personality every one should know
She doesn't have ego issues unlike what others show

An acquaintance at first...
Now a friend, being with whom I forget the rest!

A strange acquaintance

That skinny body, fat nose frame,
weird, insensitive, he took me by surprise all the same.

Self proclaimed introvert,

He instead came across as a blabbering expert.

Strange ways he had for appreciation,

Stranger were his ways of compensation

Fickle minded as ever...

Still made decisions that changed never.

An egotist to the core

He would nag you till you tore

This intelligent, smart and caring guy,

Would commit blunders and lie

Somehow whatever said, whatever done

He taught lessons what couldn't be taught by anyone

Often the leader, the boss, the guide

Heart of heart desired for a comforting arms by side

What he dint understand is the need of the mind.

Rather surrendered to needs of the other kind.

I hope he understands, that life's is not all about needs

There are decisions and aspects that one should take beyond the greed's

A good chap gone wavered

Is all that his story till now has covered

The Great Indian wedding!

Twinkle twinkle everyone's stars,
How is their saree brighter than ours!

And here starts the great Indian wedding fan fare,
Where all want the lime lights share.

Poor bride poor groom,
Poorer the butlers who run across the room.

Why is there so much of glitterati and money wastage
To declare a relation that's just been seeded?

My sociological bell just tingles,
Its nothing but free party where the kin mingles

But is it only to please the kin
As its impossible to make everyone grin

Whatever the reason the drama is worth a watch
The Great Indian wedding truly has no other match!

When a nerd meets a geek!

When a nerd meets a geek,
Sparks gotta fly high within weeks

So what happens when they meet
Do they just drink and eat
or just discuss life's balance sheet?

Here's an encounter

who witnesses it, is not a matter
But what's interesting is that happens later

they talked endlessly

oh the wavelength swayed so seamlessly
yet the two ignored everything...

Soon it began to bump

for one had to take that jump
and what conspired was a story of triumph!

Now where will this lead?

Will it plough a golden seed?
As they slowly become each other’s need.

Whatever might happen

The story will enlighten
Many a nerds and many a geeks....
who would like to seek...
what happens when a nerd meets a geek! :)

Bollywood Bollywood

Bollywood Bollywood..,
Sometimes makes me Happy
Sometimes sad
At times brood

The commercial viability
Has proved to be a disability…

Giving rise to stereotypes…
As is there is no other choice but sticking to monotypes.

Not that the usual run down the mill,
Is the only thing that sells...

But the marketing gimmick…
Is sadly yet another mimic.

Sub doing the credibility
And concerning only on the durability

The longer the film runs…
The more it adds to the producer’s fun…

Resulting in the cinematic quality…
At times even hurting the morality.

But the emotional attayachar…
Also gives me entertainment aaprambar.

Bollywood Bollywood…
Sometimes makes me Happy
Sometimes sad
At times brood
